   Has anyone found a fix or is this in a repo I do not have installed??

   Strange though I downloaded separately the latest seamonkey and it works
   but the update trys to use the repo's I have installed and I run into this
   missing peice.

So it's odd that you couldn't find it (unless of course you're not
running 15.5).
