It is also included in the rescue partition of the installation DVD.
Unfortunately, they don't install the symlinks to joe, last time I
looked:
jstar → joe
jmacs → joe
Depending on what name you use to call the program, the interface
changes and emulates a different editor. There is no jvi, though 😛
