You should be able to change the repository to the 15.6 one, they've even updated the install guide to account for 15.6: https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/install-on-linux/en/latest/install/amdgpu-install.html

It does say SLES 15.6, but in my experience the driver works fine on Leap. You can follow the same instructions, install whatever usecases you want like opencl, rocm, or just the dkms package.
