In the case mentioned it is a generic RPM package.
More especifically it is the latest VirtualBox RPM package.

'Generic' packages need to be evaluated on a case by case basis. It is usually much better to obtain one that has been packaged for your exact distribution and release. Have you tried the openSUSE package search?:
