That was it, but first I had to find them. Even though they were listed as installed, they weren't. I had to search on the extension, but could only do that after finding what it was. Then they were in a hidden folder and a couple of levels down. Then I was able to click on them to actually install them. Geez! Talk about obvious! </sarcasm>
It would be nice if that was mentioned in the handbook.
Then tell here the details, the extension and the path, for others that come after you looking ;-)
