I haven't contacted HP, which I just tried to do, since their support system only can read MS IE and does not support Firefox or Netscape. I absolutely refuse to get involved with MS IE; I don't need the viruses and spam.
Try adding the extension in FF that allows it to appear to be IE when browsing. I use it on sites that only support IE.
I'll do that, but what is the extension called, and how do I find it? There seem to be 44 pages of extensions available.
I'm getting more and more PO'd at HP. When they made test equipment, they were top of the line. Now?
The extension you want is called User Agent Switcher and allows you to set browser type on a site by site basis. -- Ken Schneider UNIX since 1989, linux since 1994, SuSE since 1998
