[opensuse] change default mount options for vfat on flash drives

Hello: How can I change default (auto)mount options for vfat file system on removable flash disks (like sd cards) and pendrives? I would like to set options iocharset=winnt, time_offset=120 default when the drives are automatically mounted. I want this on openSUSE Leap 42.2 (KDE3 and KDE4 if it matters).
