greetz<br><br>(here is another question that relates to the same box of which ive enquired allready earlier in other posts)<br><br>I just installed the minimal installation on the ide drives using raid md<br>i created three partitions on both disks and created raid on them + the file system, 
<br>(same process as what i have done on other systems flawlessly)<br>raid1 md0 1gb /boot<br>raid1 md1 20gb /<br>raid1 md2 2gb SWAP<br>raid5 md3 460gb /data<br><br>now after the installation is done and peforms its first boot, on boot
<br>the system says &quot;no operating system found&quot;<br><br>i installed the same base system without md raid<br>on the first disk with the same partitions, and i didnt face any boot problems<br><br>the hardware<br>amd 3500
