Why not use software.opensuse.org/search in the meantime?
http://software.opensuse.org/search?q=kdelibs3&baseproject=openSUSE%3A11.3&la ng=en&exclude_filter=home%3A&exclude_debug=true
Shows kdelibs being available.
When I use webpin, I am using a shell (or konsole). It is much more efficient to use another shell program instead of clicking on the browser, waiting two minutes until it is open, go to the website and enter the searched package there.
Then try "cnf" if you are searching for a program (I mean, if it has a command line). Which I think uses "scout" to do the actual search. I have never used it, but the man page looks interesting. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
