I'm not familiar with Google Drive so maybe I'm missing something. When I go to that page I see the static video frame, but trying to play the video I get 'An error occurred' and the standard Google/YouTube fuzzy screen effect.
Plays fine here. Perhaps instead of playing you need to download the file instead (down pointing arrow at top right when hovering with the mouse).
