I'll throw this out here - just in case.
We have a new Mac in the office, sort of BYOD style - as in, "I don't mind, but you're on your own for support". Well, I should have known better :-(
Printing to our printers over cups seems to be an issue from the Mac. It looks like print jobs are queued, but they never print. Given that CUPS is Apple software, this is difficult to accept ...
A bit more information might help. What are the printers? Do they support Bonjour? Can the mac see them using lpinfo? What's in the logs? etc
We have googled a lot, but I know very little about Macs, so it's like groping in the dark. Does anyone have any hints they want to share?
