Well, create a new one on how to install openSUSE. And very close to the start, write: Just after the first boot, add pacman repository and do the packman switch. Otherwise, video and multimedia will not work. Then, write the instructions to install your printers and your scanners, you are always asking this. Or, create a FAQ: Question: I can not view some videos. Says "this video can not be played". Answer: Do the packman switch. And then, explain to yourself what is the packman switch.
