I looked at the thingie in the taskbar (what IS it called?) and it was glowing a pretty orange so I let it go and do its thing. It showed that there were 3 Firefox files to be upgraded - "Fine", I said, "Do it". The THING went and downloaded the 3 files -- and then got stuck at 99% "Updating Software - Finishing......". I got bored with this after 1/2 hour and started smart which went away and upgraded lots of files. I don't think 'you' should even consider releasing 10.2 next week until this @#$%^&!*& upgrade manager is working properly - not unless 'you' want to hear the taunts of, "Ah, the M$ crappiness is already rubbing off on Suse!" :-) .
