I don't know for sure what the problem is, but I am using a similar setup , IBM boot manager though which is same boot manager partition magic uses, I think. Did you create the linux partitions with the linux fdisk or with the partition magic fdisk? I think it's safer to have linux create the partitions. -- Lou A.
