I had the same problem... there is a file that is not being cleaned
up by yast...  I don't remember the exact name, but it is
something like /usr/lib/something/.something2

Delete this file and yast will stop bothering you.

(Sorry I can't remember the name... try something like
        find / -name '.*2' -print )
