Hi,
I have a problem when I use KDE: the screen gets dark suddenly and it
requires
to entry password, sometimes it returned to KDE after enter the
passwords,
but in most cases it stoped there.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Best,
Frederic

No, but what beta version are you running? I use beta 4, and have never
experienced this problem, so it might be a remenant of something they
scrapped a while back.

Also known as "screen saver"...

Never had a problem with it... maybe it helps if you change the screen=20
saver settings or as a work-around, disable the screen saver completely.

That is beta 3, i think, but, as many people have said, it is the
screensaver that is giving you problems.

Beta 3 gave me numerous hangs, but a simple (thanks to YaST) upgrade to
Beta 4 has made my GUI rock solid!

Hi,
thanks to everyone replied to my question with KDE's screensaver, now
I have re-configurated it and the lockscreen problem worked out.
Best,
Frederic
