This sounds like you don't have ezppp setup properly or that you are not pointing at your ISP's DNS server. What does /etc/resolv.vonf look like? You can set that up using yast. Either way it appears that you are not pointing to the DNS server. This is a seperate issue from Netscape installation. The URL http://members.ping.at/theo= filu/netscape.html> has info on installing Netscape. It addresses some specific installation and lib issues.
