Hi-
I've just tried to install xplorer /a w*ndows explorer clone/
from their site I dl'd their rpm /which is made for redhat/
after using yast to install the rpm I tried to run and get this error
cant load libstdc++.so.2.8
ok I checked /usr/i486-linux-libc6/lib/*
there is no libstdc++.so.2.8 so i made
a link from libstdc++.so.2.7.2.8 and got the same error msg
then I tried a link from libstdc++.so.2.9 that failed
also.
Do I need and updated libary?
I'am running suse 5.3 and I made sure
to update /etc/ld.so.conf and then ran ldconfig
has anyone got xplorer http://www.x-plorer.org/> working ?
later on,
digs
