They include xisp and ezppp. I compiled xisp on my SuSE 5.0 distribution and had a pretty easy time of it. ezppp works from the binary distribution. People have reported some problems with dropping the pppd; but I have some minor fixes that seem to help me at least. There are sample scripts also. --Michael Perry-- mperry(a)basin.com On Wed, 18 Feb 1998, Rick Knebel wrote: >=20 > On Wed, 18 Feb 1998 16:52:28 -0800, Bodo Bauer wrote: >=20 > > > >Rick Knebel wrote: > >> > >> I am a little new to linux and have acouple of questions about the suse = distribution. > >> Does it come with a ppp configuration tool? > > > >Not yet, 5.2 will have PPP configuration integrated in our admin toll (YaS= T). > Thanks for your reply. > Do most people just make there own scripts then? > I did that with my first linux distribution I tried? >=20 >=20 >=20 > >> Can you use redhat rpm's with it? > > > >Yes, our distribution is also packed with rpm.
