Maybe you missed a packet upon installation... and you'd better hope is not
corrupt installation files... :)

Since the installation is recent, in your place the first thing I'd do,
would be a full re-installation, and watch for error messages, that could
prove you innocent, and put guilt in the installation files... ;)
