Then, from /usr/src execute the li= nk command: ln -s /usr/src/linux-2.0.32 linux both the linux-2.0.32 and the linux "directories" should be in the /usr/src a= nd when you cd /usr/src/linux it should look (because it is) identical to /usr/src/linux-2.0.32 >/usr/src/linux-2.0.32 *does* contain Makefile (or is it in >usr/src/linux-2.0.32/arch/i386/boot?
