This is actually quite easy to do and all driver on the net. We are currently
using a similar sysem with Corel Computer on the OpenSource NetwinderLC
Project.. Developers log on to the main site, get a registration number to
access the ftp site, and upload and download to the hearts content. Any abuses
are spottened immediately. If someone is interested in this system, pls conta=

me directly...as others on the list may not see this as pertinant.

Maybe I'm missing something, but you don't *have* to have a public=20
incoming. Here at RH (oh boy, flames are coming whenever I do that :-)
we just have a world writable BUT NOT READABLE incoming. You can upload
whatever you want but you can *not* download from it. Then an admin
moves everything to a readable place later.
