I didn't mean it to be compiled under X. What I was trying to figure out
is why the display could not be opened. So I thought that maybe after the
compilation and installing of the new kernel, the system was about to run
in X and since the memory is not enough it may had hard time initializing
and that's why it could have produced the `unable to open display` :).
But of course I do not insist it is the case :)
