I tried all three links via netscape and all three came back being unable to =
find the
file, check name and try again.
But meanwhile, the above is a good excuse for me to jump in with another litt=
le problem
that I've come across as far as netscape is concerned. That is I can send an=
d recieve
mail with no problem, but as soon as I try to attach a file to a message in n=
etscape,
it causes the modem to send a hangup signal as long as netscape is trying to =
send that
message and/or get confirmation that it has been sent.
I can use Pine and it will send the message and the attached file(s) with no =
problem.
I am currently using netscape 4.04 for linux. Does anyone have any ideas wha=
t the
problem is? BTW, I have netscape installed in /usr/local/netscape with links=
to
/opt/netscape. (I found that this proved to be the most efficient way of doi=
ng it due
to space constraints on my system)
Thanx Loads!
