To download and save with netscape, go to the page that contains this link, and click the link with the secondary mouse button (usually the right button) and hold. You should then see a menu, and one of the options is 'save this link as...'. Select this, and it will give you the 'save as' dialogue box you're used to. Hope this helps! Is there a setting in Netscape I might need to click or maybe another solution?
