It depends on whether you have the secure server or not.
It basically is in /usr/local/httpd.
The html's go in /htdocs, and the cgi in /cgi.

Usually tar -zxvf filename will always work.
Sometimes they are misnamed and are not tarred, then use
gunzip filename.

The exact same thing happens for me and a few other posters.
There is nothing wrong, except Cuteftp has a problem
retreiving the index, who knows why?
