Hello:
I have a problem with ipfwadm, because when I try to insert a rule an
error message appears, the messages is:
ipfwadm: setsockopt failed: protocol not available
I know that the ip_forwarding is enable, and ip_firewalling too, what
is the problem?.
Thank you.

My GUESS is that your kernel doesn't use ipfwadm any more, but
ipchains. I am running SuSE 6.2 and use ipchains. ipchains has
replaced ipfwadm.
