The best solution is a proper configuration of mutt (hard & satisfaction
way). The easiest and complete is using the messenger of Netscape under
GNOME or KDE, or kmessage of KDE. A middleway is download mail with
fetchmail (easy shell flexible utility) and read and work on you letters
with pine (mail client in the shell with easy menus).

I'd like to find a software that can be installed in the server, and I
connect to a web from the client and I can administer my pop mail. I don't
know if there is this kind of software. If there is but it isn't free I'd
like to know too.

Have a look at http://www.inter7.com and qmailadmin + vpopmail.
