Hello all,
I have been using suse 6.1 and haven't felt the need to upgrade but then =
I wanted to install some rpm's and I keep getting failed dependencies. libc.s=
o.6 needed and others I checked and I have those libraries in /lib/. I have c=
hecked all over the place to find an answer. expert exchange, suse suportdb, =
among others. What is the deal I would rather figure out the problem than jus=
t upgrade. Can Anyone help?

Chapter 15 (page 337) of the 6.3 manual is all about updating from
previous versions. An electronic version of the book should be available
on the ftp site. Not sure if this is all you need but it's a good start
and can't hurt to look.
