Near the bottom of the page is a line commented out like this: # modem getty. # mo:23:respawn:/usr/sbin/mgetty -s 38400 modem if you uncomment the "mo:23:respawn....." line, your computer will answer the phone and allow the user to login normally. There are also lines pertaining = to fax and voice, but I have not yet played with those.
