I'd suggest looking inside the text of apsfilter, at /usr/lib/apsfilter/bin/apsfilter, and look around there for stuff pertaining to the Z option. Or do a keyword search of the text for `duplex'. just create one - there isn't one by default in SuSE unlike some other dists. My current PC has an AMD K6-2 350 with 96Mb RAM and a 3-yr old PCI 4Mb graphics card. I don't play games or run maths-intensive software, and find it difficult to justify any higher spec. Even Win95 works quickly. The law of diminishing returns in my opinion has kicked in big style with CPUs. Maybe with Crusoe we'll see a return to common sense. You can't still export 128-bit crypto code in binary form. Thats the export restriction. Then, there is a problem of RSA holding patents on algorithms used in SSL. That is the licensing restriction. Anyone bundling SSL in US has to get a license from RSA. BTW, this patent expires in September this year. [SLE] End of print job problem

Hi, I am printing to a Xerox N17 Postscript printer, connected to a Linux server and I have this weird problem: It seems that the printer sometimes doesn't know when the end of the print job was reached and it will not print the last page of the print job until it gives up waiting (it reaches the timeout period). This problem exist with some applications (Netscape, for example), but not all. Is there a way to fix this problem? BTW, I have no problem when I print to the HP printers via Samba. [SLE] Updating 6.3 / reiserfs

Hi! I've a big problem: I've installed a 6.3 on a reiserfs, and I want now to update my system. I boot on the reiserfs boot disk to do the base system update. All works fine until yast tries to mount the reiserfs partition on /mnt. It fails (why? I can do the mount manually!), and there is no possibility to continue the update. Is there any way to skip the HD mounting part of the setup? Thanks!
