He probado todo lo que he visto sin exito.
He conectado el escaner por USB es detectado pero no le asocia el controlador

Hola a todos Yo alguna vez que me ha pasado esto he instalado en una maquina de 64bits el driver de la impresora de 3bits y me ha funcionado bien, no se si por este camino se podria solucoinar algo en este caso concreto.

Recientemente compre una impresora scaner Brother DCP-9020CDW, instale los drivers que se descargan de la pàgina web de Brother y todo funciono bien con Opensuse Tumbleweed.
Tube un problema con el ordenador y decidi hacer una instalacion desde 0, mi sopresa que no hay forma que funcione el scaner, no lo detecta.
Estos son los pasos que he seguido:
He descargado el driver desde aqui:
http://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=eu_ot&lang=en&prod=dcp9020cdw_eu&os=127
Para instalar el Driver he conectado el escaner y he instalado el driver siguiendo el siguiente comando: rpm -ihv –-nodeps brscan4-0.4.3-3.x86_64.rpm
Luego he verificado que el driver estaba instalado :
linux-v747:/home/jordirel # rpm -qa | grep -e brscan brscan-skey-0.2.4-1.x86_64 brscan4-0.4.3-3.x86_64
Luego he registrado el escaner para poner escanear por red:
linux-v747:/home/jordirel # Brsaneconfig4 -a name=DCP9020CDW model=DCP9020CDW ip=192.168.1.40
Y he verificado con:
linux-v747:/home/jordirel # brsaneconfig4 -q | grep DCP9020CDW 0 DCP9020CDW "DCP9020CDW" I:192.168.1.40
Pero no funciona
