error.log hilft da normalerweise auch weiter.

Die error-Logs geben nichs her. Mein Problem ist definitiv das immer nur die erste Konfiguration gezogen wird.

Liegt eine zweite Konfiguration im Ordner wird die nur gezogen wenn die erste weg ist.

Kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Mein SLES 12 zieht beide vhosts. Allerdings habe ich die Konfiguration etwa so: Datei a.conf Listen 44300 <VirtualHost a.b.x.y:44300> Servername mein.f.q.d.n:44300 ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/mein_error.log ... </VirtualHost> Dabei ist a.b.x.y die IP-Adresse. Der globale DNS löst den Hostnamen "mein.f.q.d.n" auf a.b.x.y auf. Der lokale DNSmasq wandelt "mein.f.q.d.n" aber auf a.b.v.w, so dass ich hier die Adresse hart eintragen musste. Datei b.conf <VirtualHost _default_:443> Servername anderer.f.q.d.n:443 ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/stdssl_error.log ... </VirtualHost> Beide haben auch Proxy-Einstellungen innerhalb der vhost-Definition, und die Kiste akzeptiert beide Konfigurationen.

Wie genau versucht der Apache zu erkennen welche Konfiguration er ziehen soll?

Ist die Konfig neu? Entspricht sie http://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/vhosts/examples.html?

Ich teste in einer Vmware-Host-Only Umgebung mit divsersen VMs. Nicht da mir da was in die Suppe spuckt.

Die Umgebung ist Apache sowas von egal... die meisten Webserver dürften heutzutage in irgendeiner Virtualisierung laufen. Werner --

Die Konfigurationen sind neu angelegt. Allerdings per Hand und nicht per Yast.

Der muss einmal wissen, dass er es mit vhosts zu tun hat. Aus dem Grund brauchst Du einmal diese Zeile. Bei allen anderen vhosts reicht dann ....

Wenn das nicht die Lösung ist, muss man dem Proxy irgendwie sagen können, was der Default ist und was die vhosts.

Hallo, erta mal einen Dank an alle die mitdenken. Die Konfiguratione stammen von einem Kunden der sie auf einem Debian-Proxy einsetzt. Wir sollen den Debian-Proxy durch ein Suse-Enterprise 12 ersetzen. Dazu habe ich die komplette Struktur des Netztes exemplrisch virtuell nachgebaut (8 Systeme Hostonly inc Firewall,externem System und DNS-Server). Ich teste das heute noch mal in unserem Hausnetz beispielhaft mit gleichen Configs aber anderen Systemen um zu klären wo es klemmt. Ich werde berichten.
