Samba Shares in KDE 2.1.1 sehen ?
Hi, ich versuche beim KDE 2.1.1 im Konqueror auf der linken Seite auf Netzwerk zu gehen um das LAN zu durchsuchen. KDE meldet aber, ich solle es erst als Root einstellen. Also habe ich als Root im Kontrollzentrum unter Netzwerk/LAN-Browser versucht was einzustellen. Ich habe dann Anwenden gemacht, aber im Konqueror hat sich nichts geändert. Wie kann ich das Netzwerk bzw. die Samba Shares unter KDE 2.1.1 sehen ? Ciao Tobias

Mit Samba shares ärgere ich mich gerade auch herum. Ich kann zwar Win Maschinen erreichen in dem ich im 'Location'-Fenster des Konqueror smb://winhost/userdir eingebe, kriege so aber nicht die richtigen Zugriffsrechte. Ich kann auch keinerlei Doku zum Thema LAN-Browser finden. Ist das noch Alpha oder was ? Irgendwo habe ich eine email Adresse des zuständigen KDE Entwicklers gesehen. Sollen wir's damit mal versuchen ? Gruss, Jochen
