Hallo, ich möchte von meiner SSD booten. Doch das geht nicht. Es sieht so aus, als würde Sie von GRUB2 gar nicht erkannt. Erstmal habe ich verschiedenes probiert. Jetzt ist die SSD am USB 2.0 Anschluss. Das script findgrub gibt aus: Find Grub Version 4.4.1 - Written for openSUSE Forums

Jetzt weiss ich, das "xhci-hcd" in der initial ram-disk sein sollte. Aber das bekomme ich nicht hin: 1.) kernel Datei hat den nötigen Eintrag: /etc/sysconfig # grep xhci kernel INITRD_MODULES="xhci-hcd nouveau dm_mod st" 2.) initrd weiss davon nichts. Es geht nur USB 2.0, initrd hat wohl das nötige Modul nicht: /boot # grep xhci initrd* #kommt also gar nicht vor? 3.)
