Das sieht mir eher nach dem integrierten Soundchip auf der Grafikkarte aus. Über diesen wird der Sound über die HDMI-Buchse ausgegeben.

Das ist wohl so mein Laptop wird keine separate Soundkarte haben. Allerdings sind es 2 verschiedene eine für die HDMI Ausgabe nach extern und eine für die Intern verlöteten Lautsprecher.
So isses, s.o.
Sicher, dass der Onboard-Sound im BIOS aktiv ist, falls es sich nicht um eine eingebaute PCI-Soundkarte handelt?
ich wüste nicht wie der sich deaktiviert haben sollte, ich gehe selten ins Bios bestimmt seit einem halben Jahr nicht mehr. Und vor 3 Wochen ging der Sound noch.
Ergänzend kannst Du noch die Ausgabe von

Und das ist der Soundchip, der wohl nicht aktiv ist ...
Die Frage ist allerdings noch, was für ein Codec (Chip) da draufsteckt. Das können diverse sein (Realtek ALC*, Via VT*, und diverse andere. Du solltest also mal im BIOS / Handbuch nachgucken, was da drauf ist. Ggfs. mußt du dann dem Treiber noch Optionen mitgeben.
