Hallo Helga und Tobias Besten Dank für eure Antworten Ich weiss das das failed beim Start eigentlich eine Falschmeldung ist. Jedoch dachte ich dass es vielleicht eine Einstellung oder ein Patch gibt um dies zu flicken. XF86Config für Thinkpad 760LD gesucht (virtual 800 600)

Hallo, wer hat eine XF86Config für den Thinkpad 760LD ? Bitte melden. Google.com hat keinen Vorschlag bei dem ich virtuell 800x600 auf dem 640x480-TFT-Display bekommen. XF86Setup generiert mir eine lauffähige XF86Config, aber bietet keine Option für einen virtuellen Bildschirm. Sax läuft beim TEst nicht durch, weil er keine gültigen Modes 640x480, 800x600, .. findet. Video-CD auf Festplatte kopieren

Hallo, ist es möglich, ein Image einer Video-CD auf Platte zu schreiben? Wenn ja: Wie? meine Versuche mit dd waren leider erfolglos (Ein-/Ausgabefehler). Auch der Versuch, die Dateien einzeln zu kopieren nach dem Mounten schlug Fehl (ebenfalls Ein-/Ausgabefehler). Das Abspielen mit Xine oder VLC klappt aber problemlos?! Danke schonmal ... /Frank/

Hallo, ich habe folgende Fragen: Wird die Windows Taste unter Linux/KDE unterstützt. Gibt es unter KDE die Möglichkeit bestimmte Programme mit einer Tastenkombination aufzurufen (unter Windows WindowsTaste+E ruft den Eyplorer auf)? Mit welchem Tool kann ich meine alten Kasetten aufnehmen ? Mit welchen Tool die Dateien anschließend nach mp3 konvertieren ? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe Reinhard
