An update that has two recommended fixes can now be installed.

Description:

This update fixes the following issues with ipsec-tools: - bnc#856625: add RemainAfterExit=yes to the .service file - bnc#867055: Remove ipsec-tools-linux-3.7-compat.diff which caused bnc#867055 by including wrong headers; fix by installing linux-glibc-devel and including /usr/include for kernel headers
