Description:

This update for cargo-packaging fixes the following issues:

• Remove cargo_config that is now part of vendor.tar
• Prevent stripping debug info (bsc#1222175)
• macros.cargo: Drop bashisms
• Rename variable for bitwarden
• Add rust-packaging compat (bsc#1212226)
• Default flags
• Add buildflags
