Description:

This update for open-vm-tools fixes the following issues:

• convert from scm to obs_scm

• Version update 12.5.0 (bsc#1231826). There are no new features in the open-vm-tools 12.5.0 release. This is primarily a maintenance release for updating NetworkManager calls in suspend/resume scripts.
