This update for mksusecd fixes the following issues:

• Make some compression settings configurable (bsc#1223982, jsc#PED-8374).
• Update documentation.
• Fix UEFI image rebuild detection (bsc#1227668).
• Allow updating kernel in live initrd.
• Allow updating kernel in live root, support resizing live root.
