We approx. scheduled to publish an online update of the yast2-trans-* package later next month (that's October). Mostly on account of bug 328213 (YaST-GTK - Package Selector still english) which is available for translation now, but also because of other translation fixes already done by the translation teams. Thus far it is undecided whether we would also go for updating other packages just because of improved translation.
