I plan to perform upgrade tomorrow afternoon. The planned outage should not be longer than 15 minutes.
As a blocker bug was found, the upgrade was postponed. https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/1676
The blocker bug is now fixed, so once Postgresql will be back again, it will be possible to upgrade. https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/M17N:l10n.opensuse.org
Packages are also Leap 15 ready!
