[opensuse-translation] Wrong change in RELEASE NOTES?

In the RELEASE NOTES of openSUSE 12.2 there is a change of today from 12.2 to 12.3. I wonder if this change should not be in trunk (openSUSE 12.3). -- fr.gr.
