I resolved using this repo:

sudo zypper addrepo -cfp90 'https://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/packman/suse/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/' packman

See? I did not think of using a mirror repo :-D

Generally wise when it comes to packman, since the gwdg mirror is frequently out of sync it seems. I hope it works for Marco.
