[opensuse-support] openSUSE Bugzilla unresponsiveness
Hi, I know that it's known bug about openSUSE bugzilla site unresponsiveness which AFAIK linked to servers where bugzilla is located. But can't we really do anything with this? Maybe with some help of community. I've created bug report only now, though problem exists at least for 2 weeks, because when I try to do a search I don't get a result, but ERR_CONNECTION_RESET instead. I've made search today 3 times before error-free result, though I still not sure I haven't created duplicate, because I had issues with previous bug reports when I got empty search results while there were bugs with matching description and searching later showed them. When filling a bug report "possible duplicates" is empty often (for the same reason I think). Also, sometimes (not today) when creating bug report site shows error, you are creating report again, again, and then you got 2-3 identical reports, because they were created but you haven't got results with ID. This is kinda killing the mood of filling reports and making me sad, as I think it's better to keep bugs in bugzilla (or other issue tracking system), not mailing lists. So, this is partially just whining, partially a call to people to speak aloud what we (SUSE/openSUSE team and openSUSE community) can do about this. -- Kind regards, Mykola Krachkovsky -- Найкращі побажання, Микола Крачковський
