geoip_mirror = true *still* commented out on fresh install:

Fresh install of Tumbleweed here. Why is '# download.use_geoip_mirror = true' located in /etc/zypp/zypp.conf still commented out in the snapshot 20241215 ? I thought the default was without '#'. -Thanks
