Maybe the file "/var/log/zypper.log" has the event registered.

There is a text similar to this:

... alias       : Ext_Packman
... name        : EXT: Packman Repository
... enabled     : 0

that maybe tells when it was deactivated.

You can get the date by "ls -la /etc/zypp/repos.d"

It will have the date last modified.
