Hi, I need to extend ports available on HP ProBook 650 G2 and HP X2 210 G2 (both running TW) by something like HP USB-C Travel HUB, HP USB-C Mini Dock #AC3,HP Spectre USB-C, HP USB-C mini dock or HP USB-C Universal Dock + 4.5mm and USB Dock Adapter. They are connected to the notebook via USB-C and extend ports available in the notebook. Do You have experiences with that? Is it well supported? Does it reliably work with anything You connect via the dock? I need charging of the notebook (the X2), more USB, Ethernet. I suppose ports in notebook (HDMI, USB, ...) are still working as expected. Do You use something like that?
My guess, is that if it only connects to the USB-C there should be no problems at all - except that sharing one USB-C with an USB multiplier (inside the station) might not be enough. Last time I used such a thing, long ago, they used the PCI bus or some variation of it. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.0 x86_64 at Telcontar)
