After
the scanner in the epson all-mode was working fine, today I get
the message, "Can't find scanner" and same after reboot. How can I
troubleshoot this? Or just brute-force it?

Check that router sees device as an active connection.
Open Konsole (terminal) and as root do: ping -c 4 <ip address of
epson>.
